Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns — You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of marks, and returned in their original box with any tags attached.

How to start — Email info@stoneandmossus.shop with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges — Wrong size? We exchange free of charge. Just tell us the size you need.

Not eligible — Items that have been worn outdoors, altered, or returned without their original box. Gift cards and final-sale items are also not eligible.

Return shipping — Covered by us if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Otherwise it's the customer's responsibility.
